2010 Fall Registration
  

Online registration for the fall semester is scheduled to open on Aug.1st, 2010. The first day of the fall semester will be Aug.13th, 2010. Early online registration dates are from Aug.1st to Aug.11th, 2010. A $10 registration fee will be waived if registered during the early online registration dates.
 

   $10 Late Payment Fee per student will be charged if the payment is made after Aug.20,2010.
       Please make checks payable to MCLS and pay the fee in person at the school admin desk.
 

Classes and Tuition Refund Policy:

Elective Classes: School will make an announcement based on the request from at least four students. School will offer the new elective class if there are at least six students registered before the deadline.

Elective Class (6 - 12 students): Must have at least six students in each class. If there are less than six students, upon the agreement between parents and the school admin, students will pay for the full tuition for six students in order to keep the class; otherwise, the class will be cancelled.

Refund Policy for Elective Classes: Tuition must be paid for the first class. No tuition refund after the second class.

Chinese Classes: School will offer the class if there are at least four students registered before the deadline. If less than four students, upon the agreement between parents and the school admin, students will pay for the full tuition for four students in order to keep the class; otherwise, the class will be cancelled.

Refund Policy for Chinese Classes: Full refund after the first class; 75% refund after the second class; after that, no refund.

Late registrations: Before half semester, must pay the full tuition; after the half semester, pay 60% of the full tuition.

Changing classes is considered dropping one class and adding another class.

Students must notify the administration by email or written notice before the following Monday for any requests for class changes or refunds.

Students must receive the schools written permission prior to changing classes after the tuition has been paid.

Teachers will receive a student list during the second class. If there is a difference, the teacher must report it to the admin team immediately.

School will hold a Chinese contest at the end of each spring semester.

     Tai Ji class for adults is free.
